Cafè Riutort is one of those places where you feel you have been there all your life, and that is that your hosts, Joanaina and Albert, strive without appearing to cost you too much, to receive you as if it were your home and always offer you a friendly treatment.
They have left a very troubled and original place, with a very DIY air (“do it yourself”); for them, art is important and they aspire to give it more and more prominence.
They also have a tiny terrace on the quiet Calle del Carmen, three small tables but very nice.
Coffee is their specialty, in one of the mills they almost always have some variety of San Agustín Cafés (from Leon), and they also sell it to you to take home in grain or ground.
In things to accompany the coffee and eat have a small offer, but suggestive. The pan -llonguets included- is delicious, some sweets come from Lluís Pérez and more rich things: quiches, cookies, sandwich, salads, …
Also the price is really good, a price / quality ratio difficult to find.
